Abstract
With noteworthy emphasis on the importance of open-mindedness in environmental education, Michael Sanera criticizes the "actual performance" of grassroots environmental education practitioners for falling objectionably short of the "promise or good intentions of the field" as "represented in the key documents established by the discipline."
